Please note that currently, orders destined for Canada are experiencing delays, with delivery times possibly extending to 21 business days.

Limitations on Modifying Orders
It's important to note that once you've placed an order, no subsequent changes can be made to the items or addresses associated with that order. We strive for speed and efficiency in our operations, and as such, orders are sent for processing shortly after they are placed, limiting our ability to make alterations.
Address Corrections
In cases where an incorrect shipping address has been provided during the order placement process, eMeow will not assume responsibility for any issues that may arise as a result. This includes the inability to offer refunds or resend the package to a corrected address. Corrections to the shipping address can only be implemented if the order has not already been dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages Policy
Should your package go missing or be stolen after it has been delivered, please note that eMeow cannot be held accountable for such unfortunate circumstances. We are unable to provide replacement items or offer refunds for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. It is advisable to take necessary precautions to ensure the secure receipt of your package, such as opting for a delivery method that requires a signature or making arrangements to be present at the time of delivery.
