Address Corrections

This includes the inability to offer refunds or resend the package to a corrected address. Corrections to the shipping address can only be implemented if the order has not already been dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

We are unable to provide replacement items or offer refunds for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. It is advisable to take necessary precautions to ensure the secure receipt of your package, such as opting for a delivery method that requires a signature or making arrangements to be present at the time of delivery.
